Shalom care is a Domiciliary Care Agency.
We specialize in supporting our service users to ensure they have the quality of life they desire through the provision of the care services that is tailor-made for them, in the safe and peaceful comfort of their own homes.
We provide support and assistance for adults, ranging from the young adults to the elderly ones, to enable them live independently and remain a part of their local community, just as they want it.
Our services range from full time live-in care to short time 30 minutes to hourly visits, to give the assistance needed.
We specialize in all areas of home care support services like: giving personal hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, washing and ironing, home cleaning, medication prompting, respite care, overnight care, companionship, live-in care, assisting with getting in and out of bed.
To achieve our goals, our care staff are trained and qualified to the required standards. They are DBS checked to ensure they can work with vulnerable adults.
OUR STAFF
Our Care Manager is a professional with years of experience in the Domiciliary care sector. An individual that has eyes for details and is passionate about impacting the lives of the service users positively as expected, while motivating the office and field staff not just to be the best, but to also give the best that they can at all times.
Our Care/Support workers are passionate about their job, they always have an understanding of the condition of each service user they work with and are committed to assisting and supporting each service user to make that necessary difference to his or her life. Our Care workers are qualified and experienced, they are encouraged to always improve on their care skills through training, re-training and regular supervision. They are fully Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked to ensure they can work with vulnerable individuals, in order to give our service users the top-quality care they desire and with peace of mind.
